Our History
Perle Oberon was born from a name.
A name of grace and character.
It was in the 90s, when my aunt Johanna was offered a role in a thriller called The Sixth Track, that she chose the name of her character: Perle Oberon.
A name inspired by Merle Oberon, a British actress from the 1950s, whose looks and presence she admired.
Passionate about theatre, Johanna already possessed a unique energy, both graceful and fiery. But above all, free.
Perle Oberon, timeless, is reborn today.
The House
Perle Oberon is a Parisian house born from the desire to bring back a graceful, free, elusive femininity, inspired by the eras when this presence was expressed brilliantly.
Through sculptural silhouettes, sensual materials and attention to detail, the house imagines pieces conceived as wearable sculptures, celebrating a look that is both elegant and powerful.
The Workshop
Perle Oberon is a Parisian house, born in the intimacy of the workshop.
Each piece is conceived and created in Paris, in a constant dialogue with the material, the gesture and the silhouette.
The company works with rare fabrics, often sourced from deadstocks of major fashion houses.
This approach gives rise to creations in limited quantities, sometimes unique.

Perle Oberon champions the idea of clothing that is chosen with deep thought:
a unique piece, designed to accompany the woman who wears it, and never repeat itself endlessly.
Each silhouette is designed as a wearable sculpture:
It emphasizes, hugs, marks the waist, reveals a silhouette.

The company focuses on longevity, on the timeless character of a statement piece.
made to stand the test of time, to be cherished, to become a landmark in the locker room.
